CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes represent the premium tier of thermoplastic piping for temperature-critical applications. Our CPVC pipes are formulated with post-chlorinated PVC resin achieving ≥67% chlorine content, delivering a continuous service temperature of 82°C and intermittent capability up to 93°C. Manufactured to ASTM D2846 and ASTM F441 standards, they are the preferred choice for solar water heating, domestic hot water recirculation, chemical process lines, and fire suppression systems requiring elevated-temperature performance.
Trusted across multiple sectors in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region

Technical advantages built into every product in this range.
Continuous service at 82°C with intermittent peaks to 93°C — far exceeding standard uPVC (60°C max), making CPVC the only thermoplastic choice for solar collectors and hot process lines.
Resistant to acids, bases, salts, and a wide range of industrial solvents — suitable for chemical process installations where metal pipes would corrode rapidly.
Inherently self-extinguishing chlorine content provides excellent fire-retardant properties — essential for building services and fire suppression installations.
Engineering performance built into every metre of pipe we manufacture.
Post-chlorination increases Tg to 106°C, enabling continuous service at 82°C — the only thermoplastic pipe rated for solar collectors and process heat.
High chlorine content makes CPVC inherently self-extinguishing — no additive flame retardants required, eliminating off-gassing risk.
CPVC formulation certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and WRAS for potable water contact — meets the strictest food-safety standards for hot water distribution.
All products in this range are manufactured and tested to the following standards.
US standard for CPVC pipe and fittings for residential and commercial hot and cold potable water distribution systems.
